Optional programme: Moscow metro, which is one of the most beautiful and oldest metro systems in the world, where 44 stations have the status of cultural heritage. Optional programme: Sergiyev Posad (former Zagorsk, 70 km from Moscow) is one of the oldest and largest Russian monastery complexes, the center of Russian Orthodoxy and spirituality, formerly the residence of the Russian patriarch. The tour includes visiting Trinity Lavra of St. Sergius, the magnificent example of ancient art and architecture. Lavra, developing from a lonely wooden church in the middle of a forest in the XIV century, had different roles that were significant for Russian history, and now it's both a large museum complex and a functioning temple.

Moscow: optional programme
Optional programme: the Kremlin is one of the oldest part of Moscow and its political, spiritual and historical center. The tour includes entering the Cathedral of the Dormition, where the Russian emperors were buried, The Cathedral of the Archangel, and a visit to the Patriarch's Palace. Seeng the Tzar Bell and the Tzar Cannon is a part of the tour as well.

Optional programme: The Museum of Cosmonautics, one of the most visited museums in Moscow, stores a large number of original items, equipment and space suits used by famous cosmonauts Yuri Gagarin and Alexei Leonov during their missions, as well as satellites, rockets and a "moonrover" robotic vehicle. One of the best exhibits is the full-sized model of space station Mir that operated in low Earth orbit from 1986 to 2001.

a tour to Hermitage, one of the largest museums in the world with over 3 million exhibits and rich collection including masterpieces of Leonardo da Vinci, Titian, Rembrandt, Michelangelo and others. The museum, which was formerly Emperor's Palace, is also known for its archaeological collection, collection of sculptures, a collection of medieval European art and also for its baroque appearance and architecture.

St. Petersburg: optional programme
Optional programme: a tour to Peterhof - the Russian Versailles, summer residence of Peter the Great, founded in the 18th century by order of the emperor himself. The tour includes a walk through the magnificent park, seeing the famous fountains with 250 gold-plated sculptures and a promenade on the shore of the Gulf of Finland with a magnificent view of the bay, Kronstadt and St. Petersburg.

Optional programme: a tour to Pushkin and Tsarskoe Selo, which was Ekaterina the Great's summer residence. It's a beautiful castle with a large park area. The insides of the palace fascinates with the brilliance of art objects made of stone and gold.
